Clean, on time pumping with a price you get before we start the job.
Your septic tank works by letting solids settle and liquids flow out to the drain field. Over time that solid layer builds up. Once it gets deep enough, solids start escaping into the drain field, and that is where repairs get expensive. Pumping on a regular schedule is the single cheapest thing you can do to protect the system.
When we arrive we locate the tank, open the access lid, and pump both compartments all the way down. We do not skim the top and call it done. While the tank is open we look at the baffles, the inlet and outlet, and the liquid level, because those tell us how the rest of the system is doing.
Before we leave you get a plain language rundown of what we found and a suggested date for your next service. If we see something that needs attention, we explain the options and the cost. No pressure and no surprise charges on the invoice.
Most homes need pumping every 3 to 5 years. Larger households, garbage disposals, and smaller tanks all shorten that window. If you are not sure when yours was last done, we can usually tell from the sludge level once we open it up.
